Apparently, jumping off bridges is the new sport for many, crazy Russians.

It’s new fun in some Russian cities, to jump from the bridge with the rope in a big group, when there is no water under the bridge but raw firm ice, also they use to jump at that same moment when the train is going thru the bridge

Well, it looks like police are searching for the German skateboarder who went 60MPG on the highway.  Of course, the thing wasn’t a skateboard but a long boad, still, this was an incredible ride.

BERLIN (Reuters) – Police are trying to track down a man filmed riding a skateboard down a steep stretch of south German motorway at 100 km an hour (62 mph), far above the speed limit.

They believe the man who raced down the Ulm-Stuttgart motorway for three km (two miles) before he stopped and fled was a professional stuntman, Goeppingen police spokesman Uli Stoeckle said.

The Brits are always making up new games and here’s Shin Kicking Championships.

I am wondering why this hasn’t become popular as golf…

The sport of shin kicking has been practiced on Dover’s Hill since the early 17th Century. It was a popular part of the original games established by Robert Dover in 1612, and continues to draw the crowds from near and far.

While the painful pastime was so dangerous it died out in Britain by the early 1900s, the sport was re-kindled in Chipping Campden in 1951 – where it continues to be practiced as a far less aggressive version than in earlier years, when players were said to have hardened their shins using hammers and competitors were allowed to wear iron-capped boots.

160 men and women from 24 countries competed to prove they were man or woman enough to slowly poach themselves longer than anyone else in the 10th annual sauna championships over the weekend, with participants coming from as far afield as Gambia, Columbia, Canada, and China, each determined to prove their mettle.

A few minutes earlier, Du Toit had touched home in fourth place in the 10km at the World Open-Water Swimming Championships, comfortably inside the top-10 finish required to qualify for the Olympic Games in Beijing this summer. But as the 50 competitors emerged from the murky water after their two-hour ordeal, the fact that Du Toit remained on the pontoon by the finish was the clue that this was no ordinary story.
