I like tacos and burritos but will definitely have to pass on ant eggs…
Firstly what is an escamole? It is the eggs of a special ant called the giant black Liometopum. The eggs are not easy to get as the ants guarding them are very vicious and are extremely venomous. Getting Hungry yet?
