Just because its colors are lacking pigment, does not make it albino. that is just one reason for colors to be absent, and a "Partial albino" is likely not an albino at all, but lacking color form a different set of genes entirely. Albinos have pink eyes. If it does not have pink eyes, it is not albino, but white for another reason. I’m with the other guy.
