Weird Ocean Wave Foam!
Ah gawd, someone put bottle of Joy in the sea!
This was in Sydney, Australia and scientists say it is caused by impurities in the ocean, such as salts, chemicals, dead plants, decomposed fish and excretions from seaweed.
