When it comes to your breasts, especially enlarging or augmentating them can be a solution if you always complain about them being small but to get your breasts bigger or marire sani isn't risk free either. I have heard of lots and lots of problems but we shouldn't be too concerned. Always get informed.

that’s great! I wish I had the guts to do something like that. I usually end up stopping myself when I imagine how it will look on me in about 50 or 60 years.
